Removable teeth

Removable dentures

Partial and full dentures for different situations.

Removable denture in the dental laboratory

A practical solution when many teeth are missing.

Removable dentures are an option when implants are not wanted or not medically possible. The right type depends on your remaining teeth, retention and budget.

Types of denture

Clasp denture

The denture is attached to remaining teeth with clasps.

Telescopic denture

Crowned abutment teeth hold the removable denture in place.

Attachment denture

Hidden attachments connect the fixed and removable parts.

Full denture

For a toothless jaw, it replaces the entire row of teeth.

What makes a good fit

Remaining teeth, bone shape, soft tissue and saliva flow all affect retention. Because the jaw can change over time, a denture needs regular check-ups and adjustment when necessary.

Removable does not automatically mean second best. For some people, easy cleaning is the deciding advantage.

Aftercare based on your plan

At your consultation, we clarify which checks are likely to be needed after treatment, where they can take place and which practice handles follow-up questions. This depends on your findings and treatment plan.

Retention and care must suit your daily life.
