Four implants carry a fixed row of teeth.
All-on-4® is mainly an option for a toothless jaw or a few remaining teeth that cannot be saved. Depending on the findings, a screw-retained long-term temporary can be fitted early on.
How the treatment works
Diagnostics in St. Gallen
Diagnostics with 3D scans (CBCT) at BIZ in St. Gallen form the basis of the plan.
Implant placement in Pristina
Dr. med. dent. Wolfgang Prinz, MDSc, removes teeth that cannot be saved and places four implants.
Temporary teeth
If the findings allow it, a fixed long-term temporary is screwed into place.
Final teeth
After the healing phase, the final teeth are made and fitted.
What is assessed first
Bone volume, general health, oral hygiene and smoking all affect whether the treatment is suitable.
Aftercare based on your plan
At your consultation, we clarify which checks are likely to be needed after treatment, where they can take place and which practice handles follow-up questions. This depends on your findings and treatment plan.
